There is a moment in every outreach when you stop thinking about logistics and start seeing faces. A child who smiles for the first time in days. An elderly woman who grabs your hand and will not let go. A young man who hears the Gospel for the first time and something shifts behind his eyes. That is the moment you understand why Life Changing Church goes out.
In February 2026, Life Changing Church hosted its Evangelical Charity Outreach under the leadership of Pastor David Katende, joined by special visitors from the United Kingdom, Paul Hodge and John Finan. What followed over those few days was not just an outreach. It was the Great Commission in motion.
Going to the Nations
The outreach took the Life Changing Church family to Nonve-Mityana, to Jesus Ministry International Church in Kakoola, and back home to Ndejje-Lubugumu for a powerful general evening service. Each location was different. Each community carried its own needs, its own stories, and its own hunger for the love of God. But in every place, the message was the same. God sees you. God loves you. And His Church has come to prove it.
More Than Words
At Life Changing Church, we have always believed that the Gospel we preach must be the Gospel we live. Matthew 25:40 reminds us that whatever we do for the least of these, we do for Jesus Himself. So we did not just come with sermons. We came with love in action. We came to serve, to give, to pray, and to demonstrate that a church fully discipled to subdue nations for God is a church that never stays comfortable within its own walls.

What We Carry Back
Every outreach changes you. You go out thinking you are going to give and you come back realizing you have received far more than you brought. The faith of the people we met, the hunger for God we witnessed, and the joy that filled every room we entered reminded us of why Life Changing Church exists. We are not here to build a comfortable congregation. We are here to raise a people fully discipled to subdue nations for God, one community, one life, and one act of love at a time.
